I am so grateful for your help. For years, the numbness and tingling in my hands from carpel tunnel were affecting all aspects of my life. I was petrified I would have to have surgery. Your treatment plan and splinting relieved my symptoms, and within a week, my pain had significantly reduced.
- Susan Reynolds
My son injured his wrist, which we had difficulty finding a treatment for. Dr Stephens referred us to your company. Within weeks, we already started seeing positive results, and before long, my son achieved a full recovery. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

How it works
Initial consultation
Your first visit includes an assessment of your symptoms, medical history, and function. We'll test your strength, mobility, and pain levels to create a treatment plan.
Personalised treatment
Your plan may include hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and custom splints. We use evidence-based techniques to reduce pain, restore function, and strengthen your body.
Recovery & prevention
As your treatment progresses, we monitor your improvement and adjust your plan. We also provide self-care strategies to help maintain progress and prevent future issues.
GP or Specialists referrals
Most of our patients come through GP referrals. If your doctor recommends hand therapy, we work closely with them to provide the best possible care. We also accept referrals from specialists, NDIS providers, and allied health professionals.
We can still provide treatment without a referral, however, there may be a small fee to pay.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you don’t need a referral to see us. You can book an appointment directly. However, you may need a GP referral to receive specific coverage. For advice tailored to your unique circumstances, please contact our friendly team.
Will I have to pay out-of-pocket costs?
We offer a no-gap fee service for eligible patients with Medicare or WorkCover, meaning you won’t have to pay out-of-pocket for your treatment. If you're unsure about your eligibility, call us, and we’ll help you check.
Can therapy help me avoid surgery?
In many cases, yes. Our evidence-based, non-surgical treatments can help reduce pain and improve function, often preventing surgery. We strengthen your hands, wrists, and fingers for natural healing and long-term recovery.
What if I can’t come to the clinic?
We offer home visits for patients with mobility issues, including elderly individuals and DVA clients. This ensures you receive high-quality care in the comfort of your home if you cannot travel.
How soon can I get an appointment?
We know that pain and mobility issues can’t wait. That’s why we offer flexible scheduling, including some after-hours and weekend appointments (on select days). Contact us today, and we’ll do our best to get you seen as soon as possible.
What kind of treatments do you offer?
Our treatment approach is personalised to each patient. Depending on your condition, we may use manual therapy, targeted exercises, custom splinting, and advanced pain relief techniques such as InterX therapy. We aim to provide practical, non-invasive solutions to get you back to doing what you love.
